The Czysta Odwaga brand was inspired by the adventures of its creator – S.T.O. The stories of vodka and gin carry an African atmosphere combined with the Polish tradition of distillation. CHERRY LIQUEUR

The cherry-flavoured Czysta Odwaga liqueur is handmade from fruit obtained from local suppliers from Greater Poland. They ensure proper irrigation of orchards and gardens to obtain the best fruit in late summer. After harvesting, the cherries undergo a maceration process lasting 30 days, which gives them a deep aroma and flavour. These are features that will be appreciated not only by seasoned connoisseurs. The production process is supervised at every stage to ensure the highest product quality. The Czysta Odwaga cherry liqueur has a strength of 25% and is perfect for enjoying its taste.

RHUBARB LIQUEUR

Czysta Odwaga rhubarb liqueur is distinguished by the unique taste of spring raspberry rhubarb. We closed in a glass bottle with a 20% strength drink, with a note of sweetness and a bit of acidity. Rhubarb liqueur is a universal drink – on the one hand, it goes perfectly with desserts, and on the other, it is pleasantly refreshing even on hot summer days. It can be served sauté, for example with ice cubes, which will emphasize its lightness and delicacy. For drink enthusiasts, we suggest pairing it with prosecco, lime, and mint leaves.

Czysta Odwaga liqueur with mirabelle flavour is part of the seasonal collection. The recipe is based only on ripe mirabelle plums, crystal clear water from a deep well and spirit that is distilled and rectified many times. The combination of these ingredients creates a unique tincture with a charming colour and 30% alcohol content. The perceived taste is a balance of sweetness and slight acidity, which increases the intensity of the experience.

In the shade of ancient baobabs, where the lands of Zimbabwe and South Africa are separated by the meanders of the Limpopo River, my story begins, which is a tribute to the noblest of human qualities – courage.
